Great company. Good pay. They demand professionalism and that's good.

Cons

Line haul manager was a college grad. No experience at all. Tried to micro manage you on the road. And if he can't get along with you, he finds a way to get rid of you. You have to know how to make him look good. Never driven a truck in his life.

-AWESOME TEAM! Very helpful and understanding manager and staff. -The benefits and 401k are great! -There's always work. -No one is breathing down your neck nor are they micro managing -Solid weekly paycheck

Cons

-There are days when the long hours can take a toll on you as far as fatigue etc. -Wish there were a few more personal days per year.
