Good professional development, but serious HR issues exist

Business Outlook
Pros
Decent tuition waiver opportunities and access to professional development resources
Cons
HR very non-responsive. Extremely difficult to report workplace harassment and abuse when it pertains to administrative and faculty leaders mostly because it doesn't really get addressed and multiple complaints are needed. Clear hierarchy between employees labeled as "classified" and "administrative faculty". This is not to be confused with research and teaching faculty. Admin faculty get more PTO, remote days, and parking benefits.
