Pros

The people that work at Old Navy all seem to really like their jobs. They are always there to help.

Cons

In order to move up within the company you must be relocatable. You must be willing to uproot your entire family and life and be willing to go anywhere they want to put you.

Pros

Great part time job but not a job/company I would want to stay with. Good position for High School or College students as most employees are around that same age. Management is pretty laid back but is still taken seriously.

Cons

The job revolves around folding clothes. Hours are often cut or you are called in on days off. Schedule changes weekly. It seems Old Navy hires to many associates during seasonal periods and permanent employees see drastic cuts in hours.

The hours can be rough. You need to get to work at 3 in morning and usually only work for four hours at a time.
