      Great, fun place to work if you're in your teens to early 20's

      Pros

      Great employee discounts and private sales/promotions, lots of variety in clothing styles, managers are friendly and handle customer complaints well, good morale for the most part, awesome employees, online paycheck reviews and career advancement plans, overall a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Customers ALWAYS mess up the jean wall; makes it a daily conquest to keep it organized. There seems to be too many clearance items at times and makes it a little crazy during peak hours. Some of the people hired are a bit slow...like they don't know how to fold/organize anything even after demonstrating how to's.

      - fast paced - never boring

      Cons

      - the hours, time of day and quantity expected to put in - it all depends on WHO you work for as to what your experience will be. I signed on with an RM who I liked very much only to have that person replaced with a very unfair and "my way of the highway" one. The attitude definitely trickles down.

      Pros

      Fun place to work at, with great mangement. Managment tries to keep things fair to employees and, base hours on job performance.

      Cons

      Well punishing people for not getting old navy cards. If you dont get your weekly goal your hours will get cut, and is really unfair. Some people are just not good at selling them and I feel really bad when management tells tem to geet more. NOONE wants a credit card these days.
