Pros

Good breaks, good break room, good policy on taking time off, good discount, not very labor intensive.

Cons

bare minimum hours, on-call shifts, bad management, poor treatment of customers and dramatic/gossipy work environment. many of the sales associates had better qualifications than the actual managers.

Pros

Ability to work with your schedule and request time off(whether you're in school or have another job). Some managers are good to work for.

Cons

There is NO way to move up in this company or get "full-time status." No medical, dental or any other benefits. Most shifts are 3-4 hours. Less than 15 hours weekly. Hire new people rather than give existing employees more hours.
