They will bend over backwards to give you the tools you need to succeed. Fun work environment, Great vantage point of residential construction industry.

Cons

Hectic. Lots of spinning plates. Difficult intercompany communication.

The issue with Oldcastle APG is that it is decentralized so every operating company is run differently and upper management don’t care what each company is doing as long as they get the results they want. Jewell in Texas has a toxic work environment run by a micro managing, highly stressed, emotionally immature, inexperienced and unprofessional President. If you enjoy being micro managed, witnessing your colleagues being screamed, being in bizzarely run meetings and operating under constant high levels of anxiety then maybe this place is for you.
