Accepting my position at Oldcastle APG was the best professional decision I've ever made. The company is very welcoming and their are tons of opportunity for upward mobility and personal growth. My manager allows me creative freedom as well as mentorship to help me refine my skillset.

Cons

Oldcastle APG is a large company and can feel a little overwhelming at times. Getting plugged into the company culture and other employees across different brands helps with finding your place and feeling like your job matters.
