Pros

There's opportunity to grow and make a career. Competitive pay, excellent and affordable benefits. Work environment is very welcoming, everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Building is very nice and they ensure employees feel good at work. Management is very friendly and seem to care about their team. They are very inclusive and feels great to have a diverse team. Very balanced work/life, very flexible.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company; if I have to say one thing, would be traffic is not the best due to the location but worth it.

Pros

Upon interviewing the energy was great and even after being offered a position and joining the team it remained the same. Everyone seems so helpful and really enjoy the company and the people they work with and I feel the same. I feel this is somewhere I can grow and maintain a level of job security.

Cons

Pay could be a little better but it's manageable being that there are annual merit increases and GREAT BENEFITS.
