This company has changed significantly over the past 2 years. New leadership has completely changed the culture for the better. Nathan is an inspiring leader that has laid out a defined and well-thought-out strategic vision for the company. Opportunity for advancement is available for those willing to work for it. Compensation is above average with great benefits.

Cons

The company is still adjusting to significant changes over the past 2 years. Work can be demanding, and support from parent company can be limited.

Higher starting pay than most companies around here, increases every 90 days for new hires, great benefits, team orientated, management and supervisors appreciate their workers.

Cons

Plant gets pretty hot in the summer, lots of PPE that you have to wear.
