Pros

The people that I work with are great, we get along very well. The company allows you to grow with in the organization. Benefits are good and affordable. Pay is competitive but, as always, it can be better :)

Cons

The inability to work OT can be a bummer. OT is appreciated by me when given the chance to work it. There is a bit of micromanagement in my opinion but it is manageable, I always try to find the bright side of this type of behavior.
