The entire OBE staff made me feel like I was an important and welcome member of the Team from the very beginning of my recruitment and interview process. That family, friendly and warm Team environment continues to this day.

Cons

There is a lot to learn but that is always the case everywhere when you first begin a new job. Being remote adds to that challenge. However, they do a great job at providing the support needed.
