      They wont sent you home as they try find a way to keep you busy working.

      Great at the local level in each individual facility; good culture; supportive management

      Cons

      This is a U.S based company where head office thinks they know better but don’t. Company was recently sold to a private equity firm and Canadian employees were given 2 weeks to sign a new agreement with the new owners; then the letters were done wrong and had to be revoked and revised; employees were told if they didn’t sign it meant they resigned; then someone in legal must have gotten involved and told them they couldn’t do this. Was a complete mess! Stay away if you are Canadian or from anywhere else other than the U.S

      Leader in the space. Great plant and senior management. Benefits of large business as part of CRH (health benefits, etc.)

      Cons

      Business is an afterthought in broader CRH portfolio. Management changes. Becoming more corporate.
