Solid work experience once you move into management. Decent pay.

Cons

Work a lot of hours with a low quality of life. Barely any time off. Have to be in the “club”. Pretty corrupt all around once you realize what’s really going on. Upper bosses are definitely corrupt … favoritism is taking place all the way.

Lots of longtime workers here. Both office and plant. So, people do stay.

It’s a club. If you get in with the boss, you’ll do well. If not, you’re just a background character it seems like.
