Cons

I was an engineer for 5 years until the company fell on hard times and LAID me off WITHOUT severance. What a joke. So much for respecting employees. This was after I had won multiple awards.

- Some of the managers are friendly and nice. - The workers are easily to interact with. - Overtime Opportunities in many occasions

Cons

- The management can sometimes show their dark side and its not nice... Some of the managers are shady. - Some Supervisors treat workers like as they own them... Literally slavery like kind of work. - Low pay. - Unappreciative of workers. - No way to scale up. - Sometimes you work for 12 hours and 6 days a week.
