      Excellent work-life balance. Very good benefits and PTO. OBE is an industry leader with excellent products. I've always valued a great culture with the opportunity to build relationships, and I'm glad to say that Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is filled with exceptional people that provide support to help you succeed and grow. Very smart leadership that welcomes and encourages new ideas. Collaboration and teamwork is key to achieving organizational goals and OBE exceeds in these areas.

      The leadership team is smart, strategic and has a clear vision for the future. Very approachable and down-to-earth. And understands the opportunity to gain brand equity internally and externally, which is exciting for my role.
