Leadership/Professionalism in the Chicagoland Operation is Very Poor

Pay and benefits are a bit below average, but not terrible.

Cons

Leadership is virtually nonexistent. The dishonest and unprofessional regional leadership reflects very poorly on upper management. The poor treatment of workers and the environment are at least getting visibility from regulators and labor proponents.

Pros

Just like any job, you receive back what you’re willing to put in. You’ll have opportunities to learn and grow, and the company seems to be willing to move in a positive direction, and actively pursues their goals. Coworkers invite a nice environment and I look forward to work during most weeks.

Cons

Regions are re-designed very few years, breaking up which plants are part of your region, making it difficult to find a sense of comradery between branches.
