Difficult to find any but if I had to say one it would be that the compensation and benefits are great, and the mileage reimbursement is $.59 or whatever the federal gov. decides. That's about it. Maybe a small percentage of the people there are actually nice to work with or for.

Cons

Start off by saying that there is no training whatsoever unless you find that them giving you a bunch of product flyers and watching videos on the material, training. They are more worried about giving you your customer list and calling them then to teach you about how the product functions. If you like to work for a company with a constantly moving target to shoot for, then this is the place for you. Yearly goal went from $500k to $1.5m after April. Racist supervisor in FIBRELITE. Honestly disgusting how he just mouths off next to the safety man who does not even bother to check on us. That Supervisor on 2nd shift would rather have you work fast than work safe. AVOID THIS PLACE.
