- Good base pay - Good vehicle stipend - Allowed to make own schedule and appointments - Good benefits

Cons

- Very misleading. Not upfront about bonus structure. - No onboarding. No training. No process explanation until you make a mistake - Plants dont make enough variety of products to compete in most markets - Quotes take 5-10 days, while most competitors turn them out much faster - Management spends 90% of their day on teams calls while ground employees wait for assistance - Employee support from Management in almost non-existent - Plant management and sales team do not work well together - Teamwork in the northeast is poor at best

Pros

Oldcastle has a clear vision on where it plays and how it wins. Business goals are translated into department goals which filter down to individual teams. The work is rewarding and the culture is one of collaboration and inclusion.

Cons

Oldcastle is a manufacturing company, IT does not always get a seat at the table when strategy is being discussed and decided. We've come a long way but there are still areas were IT could bring more value if they were seen as partner or innovation center.
