Getting Better

Pros

This Company has greatly improved and is looking for new ways to keep their employee's happy. That is huge with a company this size, they could easily have the attitude that we are lucky to have jobs but they really do care. Throughout this pandemic, the Company has put our safety first and has allowed those who are able to, work remote. We have seen growth both financially & internally as a whole. Salaries are little low for workload but I think that is something they are also working on. I am still happy to work for this Company and look forward to furthering my career with them.

Cons

Lack of Training Processes not defined & followed by all. However, they recognize this and are making great efforts to fix it.

Plenty of Pros and Cons!

Pros

Your experience with this company will massively depend on what role you're in. Some positions are incredibly demanding with extremely high turnover, and others are more relaxed and manageable. This role falls somewhere in the middle. The pros of the position are flexible hours, above average starting pay, good health/retirement benefits (PTO and sick time are about average), friendly coworkers, and a general team atmosphere.

Cons

For this role, one of the major cons is the severe lack of training (this role is both niche in the company and few and far between, so there isn't really anybody willing or able to step out of their way and train you. I had to use Google to learn a lot of the stuff). Other cons for this role are lack of advancement opportunities, sometimes workload and demands can get overwhelming, no yearly/performance bonuses, and weak yearly raises. There is a massive amount of management turnover, so the morale can feel way low at times.
