Meet some great people on the floor A ton of OT Great start to a career A lot of training opportunities (crane, forklift, welding, batch plant, yard)

Cons

Qc is a pain Isn't enough employees so the tonnage they are asking for is insane

Pros

Plant employees and Plant leadership team I supported were wonderful, as were my immediate peers on the HR department team.

Cons

Lots of changes at the corporate level with programs they are trying to launch... they want to do a lot of great things, but too many hands are involved, it's too much, too fast and not enough training is given before the next new program is launched.
