Initially, it was good but not after new management

Cons

Worked at OI for almost 4 years and when new management took over the environment quickly shifted towards walking on egg shells. You were constantly worried for your job with unrealistic expectations being pushed down.

Cons

Too big! You are merely a number. They cannot get out of their own way and make any kind of progress. Huge company that cannot figure our how to sell and manufacture product at the same time. Zero support from management for the people on the ground trying to sell.
