Some really good employees.

Cons

CRH is the mother company. They are always buying up companies , yet it will take you at least 2 months for a grinder to be replaced and yet outside tools are forbidden.

- Lots of drama and politics. - Dysfunctional management - High Turnover - IT projects were all "smoke and mirrors", promised the world but only delivered a fraction of the value promised, if any at all.
