It's a check but that's about it.

Cons

If you like to get overworked and underpaid, then this is the company for you. I mostly stayed because I loved my schedule and I didn't personally have many problems due to having a great supervisor, but they were trash to everyone else. Impossible to move up as well. Find something better.
