Pros

Olgoonik knows their employees worth, and consistently compensates fairly. I miss the family and friendly atmosphere. A great place to work.

Cons

I only left due to a contract transition. For a small(ish) company, they remain competitive in their compensation packages. I only wish they offered education assistance.

Pros

OGS was a great company to work for. They treated their employees very well and compensated them above fair market value. All management has an open door policy and they are open to input and suggestions from all levels.

Cons

PMO staff was a bit overworked and understaffed for the size contract they were supporting, but in no means was their quality of work, or work ethic substandard.
