Pay is high, work is continuous, you get out of it what you put in to it. Do your job, don't complain, and you'll move forward. Potential to move to different contract programs. All positions are posted via the company website.

Cons

Contract work & contracts expire. Contract based employment is based on billable positions. At the mercy of client direction.

Supportive management that ensures you have the resources and continuing education to reach your professional goals. Great HR team that always listens to concerns and is supportive of personal needs.

Cons

The main corporate office is in Anchorage which makes it hard to get to visit all of the sites across the country very often.
