There is a lot of “projects” that engineers get assigned. But they are either pointless projects or they are good projects but the company doesn’t invest money to implement them.

Olin has good retirement and vacation benefits. Employees are great quality.

Cons

Low maternity leave, low yearly merit increases, rare full bonus payouts, small bit of flexibility comes with tons of rules, low sick leave.
