Plenty of Hours and experience

Cons

Dangerous plants, chlorine cell explosion swept under table, management doesn't listen to anything you say, way to many cheifs. Olin passed up on many opportunities to make my plant safe by cutting TA budgets 75% and hiring worst contractors I've ever witnessed get away with unimaginable work putting lives in danger.

Management sucks, pay is terrible for the job you perform. Higher ups have no clue what they’re doing. No hazard pay and lastly the vacation scale is horrible too.
