Working with other Olin locations a positive experience.

Cons

Houston Procurement organization and HR within the Houston Office is hostile. The culture is bad, and nothing is done about it. There is no accountability, the management behavior is unprofessional, and all the accountabilities fall on the employee. Sent multiple emails and ethics complaints related to treatment and nothing is done.
