Pros

People were mostly pleasant. Admin office is very modern. Benefits were okay.

Cons

Pay is low for the area. I’ve had a similar job for $30k more. Only took it because I was laid off. Company does not support WFH unless you have an extraordinary case that justifies it. Management is not transparent. HR is just not your friend (not surprising). Bureaucracy galore. Red tape everywhere especially for EHS. Submitting a report feels like having to pass a partisan bill through the senate. Overly political for no real reason.

Pros

Not a ton, but they don’t fire everyone when they run out of work.

Cons

They manage to run themselves out of work, went from working for two companies that made (and sold) literally as much ammo as the facility could produce. To a company that can’t sell it
