Great people, the company really takes good care of their employees as far as relo, benefits and open lines of communication.

Cons

No work life balance. The work culture is very traditional. Work a 9-5, work more from home but no flexibility if you need to leave early or telecommute. If you are use to flexibility in scheduling as salaried, this may not be the company for you.
