Because of the record amount of people leaving the company(running ). there is plenty of Overtime.

Cons

Freeport Texas Management may take over a year to learn your name. Because they don't value operator's and they treat you like you are a disposable number. If you have other opportunities I suggest you keep looking. Run the other way.
