      Stable company but struggling with integration

      Pros

      Stable company, competitive pay, and overall good people to work with. The long standing culture is what is sustaining the company.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction and vision. Lack of integration and collaboration among key functional areas. Two years into an acquisition and the organization could be no more divided by opposing organizations and egos.

      Olin really paid well and often gave safety cash rewards.

      Cons

      I don't know where to start, Vacation sucks. The Supervisor hardly ever did their job,left it up to the employees to settle matters that should have been handled by management. It was stressful because some co-workers didn't take the safety issues seriously. Supervisors had different rules for different employees. It was a revolving door so you was constantly training people.
