      Job Security, great wages, and work atmosphere makes for a great place to work!

      Cons

      Rotating Shifts, are most definitely one of the dislikes for this Olin workers.

      Olin Corporation, Winchester Division, Oxford Operations pays well for the location.

      Cons

      You sacrifice your personal life, for the pay check. Not only that, if you think you might have a chance at first shift in the first 5 years of employment, think again! Also?? Don't be a great worker/hard worker -- because suddenly, that off-shift you were told you'd only be working for 6 months, can't afford to lose you and the result will be you being passed over for day shift positions that should have been yours, based on the requirements listed in the Employee Handbook.
