Small community. Alot of improvement opportunities. Great learning experience. The desert brings on many different issues to deal with that don't come up anywhere else. Great compensation.

Cons

A lot of work to do. Some do not care to pick up the slack. People are spread thin in order to save money. Decent home/work life balance.
