      Pros

      Olin has a good work environment. They also offer fair wages and benefits. The factory is union based work so the workers rights are also protected.

      Cons

      The only con is if you don't like working in factory environments, then Olin is not for you.

      Pros

      Great compensation that's about it.

      Cons

      To many open shifts meaning to much overtime. Training absolutely sucks. The front Hr department doesn't have a clue. To many chiefs and not enough Indians. Will suspend or fire you at a drop of a hat without even a clue on how stressful this job is. Good riddance!!!

      Pros

      My paycheck always cleared every two weeks. It was a reasonable wage in an area without many good paying jobs. Guaranteed 40 hour week.

      Cons

      The leadership qualities were unprofessional, intimidation oriented, and pushed for failure. Having only 3 days off per month makes for highly dissatisfied workers.
