      Pros

      Olin has a good work environment. They also offer fair wages and benefits. The factory is union based work so the workers rights are also protected.

      Cons

      The only con is if you don't like working in factory environments, then Olin is not for you.

      Pros

      The people outside of management are great people to work with.

      Cons

      No real guidance. Many people are made managers when they are not cut out to be managers.Have been with the company for over a year and feel like accomplishments are minimal and still don't feel connected.

      Pros

      Pay is well above average and some buildings are heated and cooled.

      Cons

      Ideologis are from the 1960s and the company uses safety as a means of punishment, instead of as a way to improve the work environment. They are unable to adapt to changing environments and refuse to work employees when it comes to new technologies that effect everyone.
