Poor management of junior team members Manager behaving dismissively toward team members specially during closed door meetings Manager lacks technical skills, relying on junior members for project requirements and then attempting to provide feedback while highlighting any short comings. Will try to pass on any shortcomings on team members. Sudden rise of meetings before onshore management visits office so people dont escalate
