      Financial Services focused - Not MBB but feels they are

      Pros

      Great people ! Great culture - exciting things to work on and really value employees. If you starting out your career in consulting, this is a great place to work

      Cons

      Smallish pipeline - mostly told what you will be working on vs. being asked what you would like to work on . If you want to do something outside FS think carefully, they have some traction in other areas but not enough to keep you staffed consistently . Overall, you will not walk out and be treated at the same level as an MBB (Mckinsey candidate but the firm feels they are worth MBB.

      Pros

      Smart people who do the right thing and care about each other. Fun environment. Interesting work. High impact on client businesses. Best in class performance management and advancement opportunities. High level of integrity and respect.

      Cons

      Travel, often four days per week. Unpredictable hours. Lots of change in the past few years makes it hard to know what is next.

      Amazing people. You really feel like your co-workers are your friends and family. This helps facilitate increased challenge and responsibility on projects.

      Cons

      Work is very impactful, and so can be quite stressful. Hours are on the longer side, but average for consulting in general.
