They are extremely toxic HR goes to lengths to demean you Very cliquey Gaslighting masked as feedback Zero diversity in teams or staffing considerations Goodluck to experienced hires as they are the worst hit and their careers get ruined here You will not get staffed if you are not joining straight from college There is no appreciation for creative thoughts, other ways of problem solving or intellectual curiosity If you drink the kool-aid and do it the “Oliver wyman way” Goodluck
