Poor management and toxic culture. The firm is so stingy that you have to beg for Revit license to do your job.

Impressive commitment to top level design and sustainability. Interesting projects and interesting people to work with. High level of integrity.

Cons

Management could be more efficient. Change happens very slowly. Little communication with upper management/partners. Not enough leadership and growth opportunities to go around.
