Great sense of community, optimum workspace and facilities, lots of and tools available. Flexible schedule, autonomy and opportunities for exposure

Cons

Managerial structure seems to be lacking at time, but varies between project teams. Project output is sometimes contrived/lacking purpose or conceptual ethos. Focused mentorship seems to be lacking for most.

Great work environment The salary is great People are nice - in general - you can grow very well career and personal wise in this company

Cons

Sometimes you can't find work so you do nothing. The location of the company in Downtown Seattle is not safe especially at night. Actually it's not safe 24/7. They assign simple, not so hard to do tasks to entry level employees which makes you sometimes learn nothing or not important things as an architect. The style is repetitive, sometime I didn't feel we are changing the story of the design in every site.
