      Hardworking people in the trenches (drivers, merchandisers, etc.).

      The leadership doesn't value the people that work there and only care about the bottom line.

      Pros

      I love everything about Olympic Eagle! They have a tight knit atmosphere within their respective sides. Being in my job, I get to work with everyone, and it's been great exposure after the military to civilian business practices.

      Cons

      I wish there was a chance to work full time in my position.
