      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers and a manager who respected her employees having a work/home life balance. Always opportunities for over-time to support adequate staffing. Great inter-departmental relationships. Enjoyed working here and would recommend it!

      Relatively small, rural hospital, not a ton of learning opportunity.

      Well run, community owned hospital that goes out of it's way to improve the lives of it's employees.

      No work from home in certain departments, departments don't always see eye to eye.
