Run don’t walk away from this toxic work environment. CEO is a former finance analyst in way over his head - not respected by staff, providers or community. He lost 16 million dollars for this community hospital last year. In Jan. 2023 lost another 1.4 million in one month.

Cons

Turnover is high. Morale a low. Attrition of doctors is acute. Best advice - be wary, this hospital won’t be open in a few years, it’s being driven into the ground

All of my coworkers are friendly. It is a positive work environment. If you are trying to pursue higher education in your medical field, a lot of my coworkers will help and give advice.

Cons

Patient / Staff ratios could be better, but mainly due to lack of staff since COVID began.
