Pros

The work is hard, but it's innovative and exciting. It's nice to be part of a successful transformation and see the company grow. Olympusat provides a great work environment for employees and encourages them to participate in the operations process. This is very rare in a competitive and fast paced industry. There is potential for growth within the company and great networking opportunities.

Cons

Regular work hours vary within departments. Have to go above and beyond of regular job duties at times

Pros

I worked at Olympusat for a little over 8 years, and witnessed the company grow tremendously. Not only did the company grow, but they also allowed me to grow, giving me the opportunity to round out my career at Olympusat as a Manager. Overall I learned so much as a professional within the entertainment and television industry, and also made a life long network of colleagues and friends.

Cons

You were a lot of hats - but that is really the nature of an independent company.
