Co-workers are nice. Generous benefits.

Cons

Overselling it's services and achieving mediocre results. Unable to compete against other networks that have better TV programming. Senior executives that do not know their product(s).

- Open to new ideas. - They have a few hard working talented people still working for them - Not a hard place to work - Good pay if your in a leadership roll - They have some great music content - Good healthcare

Cons

- The CEO has the wrong leadership team running the show for some departments when it comes to digital media. - A lot of partying - They had some very talented people a few year ago, that everyone loved to work for but they left. - They do a lot of adult content along with kids and faith content. You have to wearing a lot of different hats which is very challenging at times.

CEO is very generous to his employees contrary to what some former employees say. I am sure they are now looking back and wishing they had not left. The benefits he offers are some of the best. Health, Dental 401K match is great. Growth potential is there. There are a lot of talented people here. If you put in the time you get rewarded period. Very Friendly atmosphere!

Cons

Like any job you have your good apples and your bad apples. There are more good ones here than bad. Also It is a very busy company and accountability is high but it should be with a growing company. Some employees take advantage and do not appreciate what the CEO does for them.
