A wonderful company to work for. Co workers are educated, creative and friendly. Always opportunity to grow in your career at Olympusat. Upward mobility in the Television, Film and Media indusrty. CEO is dedicated to his company. Travel is an added bonus at Olympusat. An hour for lunch is a huge benefit. Company matches 401K!

Cons

Moving office locations that adds extra time to my commute, but at least it is not more than 10 minutes.

Friendly, casual work environment. Creative and intelligent coworkers. Diversity is a positive. They value different cultures. Olympusat seeks growth of Spanish. Advancement opportunities. Supportive coworkers. If I was sick another employee would volunteer and move their work belongings to my desk and cover the phone lines as well as do their work.

Cons

Multi tasking of answering phone calls, greeting people, imputing data reports while maintaining shipments.
