- The leadership is inept - The middle managers are at best yes people for the C-Levels - The positive reviews here are almost all either 1's or 5's. Believe the 1's. The 5's are from the C-levels and their yes people and those the C-levels have asked to post positive reviews to cover up what would be an abysmal overall review of this terrible company. The 5's are fake, when they mention Cons in their review it's a Con you'd mention in a job interview to demonstrate a positive flaw. If you understand that you get it. - Believe the negative reviews about the CEO - C-levels will "blackball" people and generally will burn out their staff - There is a typical small business with no real ambition mentality here. It's a revolving door for most people. As a new hire you'll onboard, there will be your Honeymoon phase as you become familiar with your job duties, you will inevitably "mess up" a month or two in, the leadership will threaten you and then box you into whatever role you're in. From then on you'll feel like you're on pins and needles until you burn out as the "Leadership" cycles in the new people to begin the process again. You will then help train your replacements while management makes subtle inferences that you are doing just that. You will feel like an unappreciated cog while doing this which is exactly how this business practice operates. - I've seen the "Innovation" from this company during and after employment. It's not. I've created better products with less and without the unnecessary input from C-Levels that do not offer anything constructive or creative to the process.
