      Pros

      I've appreciated my tenure and roles at Omada. Through it's core, it's been a fantastic place to work with people in every department who are kind, curious, and humble - always open to learning and sharing together to make a big impact to health outcomes in our country.

      Cons

      Not exactly a downside, but this health tech space is ever evolving and changing. That is both super exciting and comes with quite a bit of nuance and need to flex, trust, and try things that make us stretch. Grateful to have an encouraging group of colleagues, direct reports, and operations to help lead this!
