      Most of the people are very nice. Remote work

      Cons

      The interview process should have given me a clue about what a mess this organization is. Too many people in positions they are not qualified to be in. I think they fill roles based on who is the least expensive, not on skill level, and it shows. I only accepted this low-paying job to get some experience in the free time I had between jobs. I can not imagine doing this for any amount of time. Shame the concepts of the company are great.

      Company is doing well. Growing at a sustainable rate. People are helpful and mean well.

      Cons

      Product management is largely siloed and disengaged. Outsources vision. Lacks execution. Lots of jargon like continuous discovery and agile. Not a leader in the market.
